Out of stock. Reprinted from an original British War Office printed pamphlet first published May 1945. The pamphlet was titled "Notes from Theatres of War - No 20: Italy 1943/1944"
The notes were an interim report on the campaign conducted in Italy and feature the following contents:
Chapter 1. General Characteristics of the Campaign
Chapter 2. Brief Outline of Operations to March 1944
Chapter 3. General Lessons from the Campaign
Chapter 4. Lessons by Operations
Chapter 5. Lessons by Arms
The notes contained in the book were intended on being an aid for future military training. The book also contains a fold out colour map showing The Italian Campaign September 1943 to March 1944.
