RAF Rank Braid Sqn Leader

This item is suitable for WW2 Sqn Leader rank.  Please note that during WW2 the rank braid was attached in three separate rings (one of pilot officer width and two of flying officer width) around each cuff for this rank, showing the sleeve material between each band.  The modern composite type of rank lace, which is attached as one piece is incorrect for WW2.

This item will give you enough braid to go around each cuff of one RAF service dress tunic, (we allow approx 38 cm of braid per band).

If you order 1 you will receive sufficient braid to complete three bands (one pilot officer width and two flying officer width) of RAF rank braid around each sleeve.
