Reproduction.  WW2 Style.  Machine embroidered cotton on a wool serge slip with cotton tape.  Manufactured by Monty's Locker.
 
Whilst these slips are known to have been in issue however in view of the relatively short time of the existence of the LDV before its name change it would be probably be unlikely that their use would be widespread.
